शिक्षित नारी बनाम अशिक्षित नारी

आज के समय मे हमारे समाज मे कई बार ऐसी स्थितियां बन जाती है कि हमे शिक्षित नारियां एवं अशिक्षित नारियो के बारे जानने की आवश्यकता पड़ जाती है। वेसे तो शिक्षित नारियां एवं अशिक्षित नारियों मे कोई अंतर नही है परन्तु फिर भी अगर शिक्षा की दृष्टि से देखा जाये तो इन दोनो मे काफी अंतर है जो की निम्न है। 

• शिक्षित व अशिक्षित नारियों के मध्य सबसे पहला अंतर है सोच का, किसी भी मदभेद के मामले मे एक शिक्षित महिला ज्यादा प्रेट्रिकली सोच पायेगी और मसले को हल करने की भी कोशिश करेगी वही एक अशिक्षित नारी हो सकते है वा अपने जजबातो से कोई फैसला ले। 
• दूसरा अंतर है आत्मनिर्भर बनने का: एक शिक्षित नारी अपने बेहतर भविष्य के लिए कुछ भी काम कर सकती है फिर चाहे वो किसी प्राईवेट क्षेत्र मे कोई काई हो किसी सरकारी क्षेत्र में। 
• एक शिक्षित नारी अपने परिवार की जिम्मेदारी एक बेहतर ढ़ग से कर सकती है।

”अथ शिक्षा प्रवश्यम:मातृमान पित्रमानाचार्यवान पुरुषो वेद:” अर्थात् जब् तीन उत्तम शिक्षक एक माता, दुसरा पिता, और तीसरा आचार्य हो तो तभी मनुष्य ज्ञानवान होगा। परन्तु आज के समय मे नारी शिक्षा के क्षेत्र मे काफी आगे निकल चुकी है। आज की नारी लगभग क्षेत्र मे अपनी एक अलग पहचान बना रही है फिर चाहे वो खेल और या व्यवसाय। एक नारी नेता होती, एक शिक्षक होती, एक डोक्टर होती है, एक इंजीनियर, एक वकीलए एक निदेशक इत्यादी होती है। 

बालिका शिक्षा की आवश्यकता

भारत के विकास के लिए बालिका शिक्षा बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण है क्योंकि लड़कों से बेहतर काम लड़कियां भी कर सकती हैं। आज के समय में नारी शिक्षा देश के लिए बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण और अनिवार्य है, इन्हीं से देश का भविष्य बेहतर बन सकता है। भारत को आर्थिक व सामाजिक रूप से विकसित होने के लिए बालिका शिक्षा एक महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा है।

एक देश के विकास के लिए नारी शिक्षा को बढ़ावा दिया जाना बेहद जरूरी होता है। आज के समय मे लगभग बड़े पदों पर नारियां अपनी सेवाएँ दे रही है। नारी शिक्षा के उद्देश्य मे कछ मुख्य बिन्दु निम्नानुसार है।

• बालिकाओ को जीवन मे बेहतर ढ़ग के लिए मजबूत करना।
• महिलाओं के कार्यक्षेत्र को बढ़ाना। 
• महिलाओं की साक्षरता दर को बढ़ाना।
• नारी सशक्तिकरण को बढ़ावा देना।

नारी शिक्षा के लाभ

एक नारी से पुरा परिवार शिक्षित होता है। वैसे तो नारी शिक्षा के कई लाभ है परन्तु उनमे से कुछ लड़कियों की शिक्षा के महत्वपूर्ण लाभो से हम आपको रूबरू करवाते है। 

• जितनी महिलाएं शिक्षित होगी उतनी ही बाल मृत्यु दर कम होगी।

• शिक्षित महिला भष्ट्राचार को कम करती है। 
• शिक्षित महिलाएं घर मे योगदान दे सकती है। 
• शिक्षित महिलाएं स्वास्थ ज्यादा होती है और उनमे आत्मविश्वास ज्यादा होता है। 
• एक महिला अगर खुद शिक्षित होती है व दूसरो को शिक्षित होने हेतु प्रेरित करती है। 
• एक शिक्षित महिला सामाजिक कार्यो मे भाग ले सकती है और समाज को एक नई शिक्षा मे ले जाने के लिए प्रेरित करती है। 
• शिक्षा एक महिला को आर्थिक रूप से स्वतंत्र बनने मे मदद करती है। 
• एक शिक्षित महिला समाज की बुराईया से लडने मे सक्षम होती है।

शिक्षित बनाम अशिक्षित महिलाएँ

धार्मिक कारक – भारत एक विशाल देश है और इसमें विभिन्न धर्म शामिल हैं। कुछ धार्मिक चिकित्सकों ने भी बालिकाओं को शिक्षित होने से मना किया है। उनके अनुसार यह धर्म के खिलाफ है।

बालिका शिक्षा

शिक्षा हर मनुष्य के लिए अत्यन्त अनिवार्य घटक है। बिना शिक्षा के मनुष्य को पशु की श्रेणी में रखा जाता है। शिक्षा की जब बात आती है तो आज भी ऐसे सैकड़ों उदाहरण मिल जाएंगे जिससे शिक्षा में असमानता मिल जाएगी। प्राचीन काल में नारी शिक्षा अथवा बालिका शिक्षा का विशेष प्रबंध था, लेकिन कुछ वर्ष पूर्व तक बालिका शिक्षा की स्थिति अत्यन्त सोचनीय थी।

बालिका शिक्षा का हमारे देश में अत्यन्त महत्व है। आज भी हमारे देश में लड़के और लड़कियों में भेदभाव किया जाता है। ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों मे तो लड़कियों की स्थिति सोचनीय हो जाती है। ग्रामीण परिवेश में लोग शिक्षा के महत्व से परिचित नहीं हो पाते हैं। उनकी दृष्टि में पुरूषों को शिक्षा की जरूरत होती है क्योंकि वे नौकरी करने अथवा काम करने बाहर जाते हैं, जबकि लड़कियां तो घर में रहती हैं और शादी के बाद घर के काम-काज में ही उनका ज्यादातर समय बीत जाता है।

आज समय तेजी से बदल रहा है। पुरूषों के बराबर स्त्रियों की भी शिक्षा को प्राथमिकता दी जा रही है। सरकार द्वारा ऐसे अनेक योजनाएँ चलाए जा रहे हैं जिससे बालिकाओं के निःशुल्क शिक्षा की व्यवस्था की जा रही है। लोगों में जागरूकता फैलाने का काम स्वयंसेवी संस्थाएं कर रही हैं। आम चुनावों में महिलाओं को आरक्षण दिया जा रहा है। इन सब ने आज ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में भी लोगों का रूझान पढ़ाई की ओर कर दिया है। आज की लड़कियां घर और बाहर दोनों को संभाल रही हैं। सरकार द्वारा बालिका कल्याण हेतु अनेक योजनाएँ चलाए जा रहे हैं।

इन सब का परिणाम है कि दो दशक पूर्व और आज के बालिकाओं की स्थिति की तुलना करें तो हमें क्रांतिकारी परिवर्तन दिखाई पड़ेंगे । आज का समाज तेजी से बदल रहा है। आज महिलाओं को पुरूषों के समकक्ष माना जा रहा है। बालिका शिक्षा से आज देश प्रगति की ओर बढ़ रहा है। बाल विवाह, दहेज प्रथा, महिला उत्पीड़न जैसी घटनाओं में कमी और जागरूकता आयी है। महिलाओं को समाज के अभिन्न अंग के रूप में पूरे विश्व में स्वीकार किया जाने लगा है। अतः हम पूरे विश्व में कहीं भी चले जाएंगे ऐसे परिवर्तन दिख जाएंगे ।

बेटी घर का चिराग है, वे भी एक इंसान हैं. जननी हैं जो हमारे अस्तित्व का प्रमाण हैं. काश गर्भस्थ शिशु बोल सकता हैं. यदि वह बोलता तो शरीर को चीरते औजारों को रोक सकता हैं. और कहता माँ मुझे भी जीने दो, इस दुनिया में जन्म लेने दो.

मगर यह भी हो सकता हैं उस समय भी बेटे की चाह रखने वाले ये कसाई सोच के निर्दयी माता-पिता नही सुनते, जो दोनों की इच्छा से इस तरह के कृत्य को अंजाम दे जाते हैं.  ये सवाल हमेशा उन लोगों पर उठता रहेगा जो कन्या हत्या के लिए पूर्ण रूप से जिम्मेदार हैं.

बेटी किसी के परिवार के आंगन का नन्हा सा फूल होता हैं, बेटी के जन्म से ही उनकी जंग की शुरुआत हो जाती हैं. बचपन से ही उन्हें बेड़ियों में जकड़ दिया जाता हैं. हर स्थति में उन्हें यह याद दिलाया जाता हैं, कि वो एक लड़की हैं और उन्हें एक लड़की की तरह लज्जा का आवरण ओढ़े रहना चाहिए.

इसी कारण आज हमारा देश कन्या भ्रूण हत्या, बाल विवाह, दहेज मृत्यु के रूप में समाज में आज भी वो दंश झेल रही हैं. परोक्ष रूप से आज भी हम ऐसे लोगों और चिकित्सकों को देखते हैं, जो सार्वजनिक रूप से बेटी का गुणगान करते हैं.

बेटी भारत का भविष्य हैं. जैसे वाक्यांश अकसर सुनने को मिलते हैं. मगर जब हम अपनी हकीकत की मुआयना करे तो यकीनी तौर पर आज भी हम उन लोगों के साथ खड़े नजर आते हैं. बेटी किसी न किसी रूप में कन्या भ्रूण हत्या के भागी हैं.

हमे नित्य महिलाओं के साथ घरेलू हिंसा, दहेज के लिए प्रताड़ना और भेदभाव जैसी खबरे सुनने देखने को मिलती हैं. इस तरह के वातावरण को समाप्त करने के लिए सरकार द्वारा कई कानूनों को भी पारित किया गया. मगर जन समर्थन के अभाव में अपेक्षित परिणाम नजर नही आ रहे हैं.

बेटी बचाओं बेटी पढ़ाओ की दिशा में माननीय प्रधानमन्त्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा शुरू किया गया. बेटी बचाओं बेटी बचाओं एक सकारात्मक कदम हैं.

आजादी के बाद से हमारा देश विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में प्रगति कर रहा हैं. मगर 70 सालों बाद भी स्त्री को समाज में वह स्थान नही मिल पाया हैं. जिसकी वह असली हकदार हैं. यही वजह हैं कि भले ही कठोर नियम और कानून कायदे बना दिए गये हो मगर उनका कठोरता से पालन नही किया जाता हैं.

भारत में भ्रूण का लिंग परीक्षण पूर्णतया निषेध और गैर क़ानूनी होने के उपरांत भी खुले आम इसकी धज्जियां उड़ाई जाती हैं. आज भी लोगों की यह गलत सोच हैं कि बेटा हमारे अधिक काम का होगा. बेहतर यही हैं बेटा जन्मे या बेटी इन्हें भगवान् की कृपा समझकर हमे स्वीकार कर लेना चाहिए.

यदि हम अपनी सन्तान में बेटा बेटी का अंतर न करते हुए उन्हें अच्छी शिक्षा और बेहतर मार्ग दर्शन दे तो वह बेटी भी कभी भी बेटे की कमी का अहसास नही होने देगी.

भले ही बहुत से लोग उच्च  शिक्षा हासिल कर सभ्य समाज के अंग बन गये हैं, मगर उनकी सोच और मानसिकता अभी भी वही हैं जो मध्ययुग में लोगों की हुआ करती थी. लड़के-लड़की में भेद कर हम भी उन लोगों का अप्रत्यक्ष समर्थन करते है जो बेटी के विरोधी हैं.

आज के युग में शिक्षा व्यक्ति के लिए अनिवार्य बन चुकी हैं. जीने के लिए जिस तरह जल, भोजन व प्राणवायु की नितांत आवश्यकता होती है,  ठीक  उसी  प्रकार मानव  से अच्छा व्यक्ति बनने के लिए शिक्षा को जरुरी मान लिया गया हैं.

जन्म के समय बालक पशु प्रवृति की तरह होता हैं, वह शिक्षा ही है जो उसकी बुद्धि तथा चेतना का विकास कर उसे जीवन के तौर तरीके तथा आस-पास की चीजों के बारे में ज्ञान देती हैं.

अन्यथा इन समस्त के अभाव में मनुष्य और पशु में कोई फर्क नहीं रह जाता हैं. ज्ञान साधना के बिना   व्यक्ति यह निश्चय नहीं कर पाता  कि उनके  लिए सही क्या है और  गलत क्या है  यही शिक्षा सिखाती हैं.

शिक्षा व्यक्ति को सजगता की तरफ ले जाती हैं, शिक्षा का सबसे बड़ा महत्व यह है कि यह हमें अपने अधिकारों तथा कर्तव्यो के साथ ही प्रकृति में विद्यमान सभी तत्वों की मूलभूत जानकारी सही उपयोग के बारे में बताती हैं.

एक अच्छी कहावत है कि यदि एक लड़का शिक्षित होता है तो केवल वह एक ही होता है जबकि एक लड़की शिक्षित होने पर पूरा परिवार शिक्षित होता हैं.

हमारा समाज तेजी से बदल रहा हैं. समय के चक्र ने हमें ज्ञान करा दिया हैं कि यदि राष्ट्र के विकास की यात्रा को तेजी से बढ़ाना है तो लड़के व लड़कियों के भेद को समाप्त कर उन्हें शिक्षा के अवसर मुहैया कराने होंगे.

क्योंकि  किसी बड़े वर्ग की  उपेक्षा  कर कोई भी राष्ट्र उन्नति के पथ पर आगे नहीं बढ़ सकता हैं. महिलाओं की विकास में हिस्सेदारी के लिए हमें उन्हें शिक्षा के समान अवसर उपलब्ध करवाने होंगे.

भले ही संविधान द्वारा महिलाओं को समान राजनितिक, आर्थिक व धार्मिक अधिकार दिए हो मगर जब तक उनमें शिक्षा का अभाव रहेगा वे अपने हक की लड़ाई नहीं लड़ पाएगी.

परिवार में बालिका को सम्पति का अधिकार तो दिया मगर जब तक वह अपने भाइयों माता पिता को बाध्य नहीं कर सकती, यह अधिकार उसके लिए निरुपयोगी होगा.

आज हम जिस समाज में रह रहे है हम जानते है कि शिक्षा के अभाव में बालिकाओं के अधिकारों का शोषण कितनी आसानी से कर लिया जाता हैं. भारत का कानून प्रत्येक महिला को अपना जीवन साथी चुनने का अधिकार तो देता हैं. साथ ही उसके चाहने पर तलाक लेने का प्रावधान भी हैं.

मगर क्या हम यह नहीं जानते कि कितने महिलाएं इस अधिकार का उपयोग कर पाती हैं. ऐसा न करने के लिए उस पर तरह तरह के दवाब बनाए जाते हैं.

परम्परागत मूल्यों के चलते वह इस प्रकार के निर्णय करने का साहस नहीं कर पाती हैं. शादी के बाद बालिकाओं को अपनी जागीर समझकर मनचाहे बर्ताव और उनके साथ उत्पीड़न की घटनाएं नित्य हमें पढने को मिल ही जाती हैं.

शिक्षा के आगमन से बालिकाओं में साहस की जागृति होती हैं उसे अपने अधिकारों तथा विवेक का ज्ञान होने लगता हैं जिसका उपयोग वह अपने प्रति हो रहे शोषण के प्रतिरोध में कर सकती हैं.

शिक्षा न केवल उन्हें जागरूक बनाती हैं बल्कि एक उदार तथा व्यापक दृष्टिकोण का भी जन्म देती हैं जिससे वह अपनी रूचि, मूल्य तथा भूमिका को स्वयं तय करने लगेगी.

बेटा बेटी में समानता को बेटियों को शिक्षित करके ही पाया जा सकता हैं. सभी को निशुल्क शिक्षा प्राप्त करने का नियम तो बना है मगर स्वयं लड़कियों को स्कूल जाने अथवा उनके अभिभावकों को इसके लिए बाध्य नहीं किया जा सकता.

आज समय की मांग है कि हम लड़कियों की शिक्षा के बारें में अपने विचारों को बदले तथा उन्हें स्कूल भेजे.

लड़कियों को शिक्षा के लिए प्रोत्साहित करने, लड़कियों में निरक्षरता को दूर करने तथा प्राथमिक शिक्षा तक उनकी पहुच बनाने तथा उच्च शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में आ रही परेशानियों को समाप्त करने का प्रयास राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 1986 में भी किया गया हैं.

भारत में लड़कियों की शिक्षा के इतिहास को देखे तो मालूम पड़ता हैं कि मध्यकाल को छोड़ दिया जाए तो हमारी बेटियों ने हर युग में शिक्षा संस्कार को पाया हैं. ऋग्वेद काल में भी बेटियों को शिक्षा देने की पूर्ण व्यवस्था थी, कोमश, लोपामुद्रा, घोषा और इन्द्रानी उन महिलाओं के नाम है जिन्हें ब्रह्मवादिनी कहा गया.

पतंजली के शाक्तिकी से ज्ञात होता है उस दौर में नारियों को सैनिक शिक्षा देने की व्यवस्था भी थी. मगर मध्यकाल में मुगल काल में स्त्री शिक्षा की परम्परा पूर्ण रूप से चरमरा गई.

खासकर हिन्दू समाज की लड़कियों को पर्दा, बाल विवाह तथा सती प्रथा जैसी रीतियों में बांधकर घर की चारदीवारी तक ही सिमित कर दी.

19 वीं सदी के जनजागरण और सामाजिक धार्मिक आंदोलनों ने एक बार फिर से भारत में लड़कियों की शिक्षा व्यवस्था को पुनः स्थापित किया.

चाहे वो 1882 का हंटर कमिशन हो या 1916 में लेडी होर्डिंग कॉलेज की स्थापना अथवा ज्योतिबा और सावित्री बाई द्वारा बालिकाओं को शिक्षा देने की पहल भारत में लड़कियों की शिक्षा के लिए ये प्रयास मील के पत्थर साबित हुए.

पुरुष प्रधान समाज ने हमेशा की लड़कियों की शिक्षा की राह में रोड़ा बने हैं ऐसा करके वे स्वयं के साथ बहुत बड़ा धोखा करते हैं क्योंकि परिवार की उन्नति, बच्चों का लालन पोषण और उनके संस्कार गृहिणी पर ही निर्भर करते हैं.

यदि माँ शिक्षित हैं तो वह अपने बच्चे को न सिर्फ अच्छे संस्कार देगी बल्कि उन्हें शिक्षित करने, बुरी प्रवृतियों से बचाने में सबसे बड़ा योगदान दे सकती हैं.

पुरुषों की विकृत मानसिकता में लड़कियों की शिक्षा के सम्बन्ध में कई तरह की भ्रांतियां घर कर चुकी हैं. बेटी को पराया धन मानना, पढने लिखने के बाद अनर्थ अनाचार या उपद्रव की आशंका तथा एक शिक्षित नारी संचालन, सन्तान पालन, भोजन व्यवस्था व पुरुषों की देख रेख ढंग से नहीं कर सकती इस तरह के रुढ़िवादी विचारों को बदलने की आवश्यकता हैं.

लड़कियाँ पढ़ लिख जाने से अनाचार का शिकार होने की बजाय वह जुल्मों के प्रति और अधिक प्रखर लड़ सकती हैं. वह न केवल घर संचालन और बच्चों की परवरिश ढंग से कर सकती हैं बल्कि वे पति के साथ मिलकर आर्थिक कार्यों में भी भाग ले सकती हैं.

आज हमारे देश की बेटियां बड़े बड़े पदों पर हैं तथा उतनी ही सफलता से उन कम्पनियों तथा विभागों को चला रही हैं जितने कि पुरुष नहीं कर सकते हैं.

हमारा समाज पुरुष-शासित है। यहाँ माना जाता है कि पुरुष बाहर जाएँ तथा अपने परिवारों के लिए कमाएँ। महिलाओं से अपेक्षा की जाती है कि वे घर में रहें और परिवार की देखभाल करें। पहले इस व्यवस्था का समाज में सख्ती से पालन किया जाता था। आज भी थोड़ी-बहुत ऐसी मानसिकता देखी जा सकती है। जनसँख्या के मामले में भारत दुनिया में दूसरा सबसे बड़ा राष्ट्र है और भारत में लड़कियों की शिक्षा की दर बहुत कम है। इस कारण महिलाओं की शिक्षा को बहुत क्षति हुई । उन्हें अध्ययन के लिए बाहर जाने की अनुमति नहीं थी। महिला की शिक्षा को अनुपयोगी समझा जाता था।
